Egypt Events has a vacancy for a "Secretary & Assistant":

Requirements:

  • Fluent Arabic & English (spoken and written)

  • Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel and www)

  • Team Player

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Great administration and organizational skills

  • Answer telephone calls and handle in appropriate manner.

  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.

  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.

  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

  • Supervise support staff. (such as office boys and couriers)
     

This position will get a fixed salary.
